Payment and Shipping
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover thru Paypal for payment.
Standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail and usually arrives 2 - 4 days after shipping, longer for shipping to Canada. You will receive an email with your delivery confirmation number when we print your shipping label.
Non personalized orders ship within 2-3 business days. Custom orders may take longer, approximately 5-7 business days.
Due to the personalized nature or our business, we are limited on the issue of refunds. Please be sure to check spelling, color choices, pattern choices, font choices, etc. when placing your order. We fill your order as you have directed and can not issue refunds if this information has been submitted incorrectly.
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges
Please contact us before you return any merchandise.
Returns are only accepted if the merchandise is defective. Personalized items are non-returnable. In the event that KZ Embroidery makes a mistake in your personalization we will promptly replace the item at no additional cost to you.
We cannot be responsible for incorrect information, so please double check any personalization information submitted to us.
Returned item(s) must be in the condition in which they were received with original packing and any tags. Any worn or washed items may not be returned.
Once you've received your return instructions on non personalized items, you may send it back to us for replacement, store credit or refund. Shipping charges are nonrefundable except in the case of our error. Replacement items, store credit or refunds will not be processed until the original item is received.
How To Return An Item
If your order arrives damaged or if you are not completely satisfied with your order, to receive your refund:
1. Contact Us to receive return instructions and contact information.
2.Mail your returned item according to the instructions received.
3.Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
